We want you to be satisfied with every purchase! Each and ever hair bow you order is handmade in a smoke and pet free home. If an item is defective we will be happy to replace it for you at our expense.

The only way we will accept a return is if there is an error on our part. Please double check all orders before submitting the order. If you realize you've ordered the wrong color, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to work with you, unless the item has already shipped.

In the event that you have to send a return, please return in original packaging and packed nicely in box. All hair accessories must be in NEW condition and not previously worn. Bows returned in padded envelopes will not be accepted. Returns must be received with in 15 days.
